Daily intensive physiotherapy is needed for these young children who have had SDR surgery in the USA.  NHS Physiotherapy can only be provided once a fortnight and parents undertake to fill the gap themselves and with private physio once or twice a week which is very costly.   We therefore assist towards this cost.
