The application form is available to download as a Microsoft Word (compatible with Microsoft Word 97 or above) or as a PDF document.

Completing the Application Form

Once you have opened up the application form, it is important that you provide as much detail as possible, so that we can process your application  quickly.

If you decide to submit your application via e-mail, please fill the form in as instructed, but don’t worry about providing a signature on the last page. Please send it to:  funds@winchesterscope.org

Help with Downloading the Application Form

You will  need either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat to open the form.

If you don’t have any of these programs installed on your computer, you can download the latest versions of the viewers from their respective web sites (please see Below):

These viewers/ plug-ins will allow you to open up the application form to print but will not allow you to fill it in on your computer. You need the full version of Microsoft Word to do this.
