General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Published April 27, 2018 in News, Uncategorized

Due to the new GDPR which will take effect from May 2018, we are required to seek the permission of everyone on our ‘contact members list’  in order to retain their personal data.

These details are :

  • their name, address, email, phone number and
  • name and age of child if relevant

This information is held on our protected computer site and all printed items are filed in our lockable filing cabinet. We also continue to practice our policy that such information is private and confidential and never passed on to any other agency.

Those wishing to remain on our contact list and are on line have been invited to return our reply form which is available here. Of course we hope many will be happy to remain, enabling us to keep in contact during the year with news of our AGM and occasionally other news or information which we think may be of interest.  To download the form click here.

We also need to know  their preferred option for contacting them: email, phone or post.

For those wishing to have their names removed from our “Contact List”

There is no necessity on this occasion to do anything , but if they wish to be on the safe side they can email or phone us to remove their data.

Anyone wishing to be removed from our list at a later date need only to notify us in writing accordingly.
