It’s that time of the year again! You will have an opportunity in June to have yoursay on the way social care and health services are provided across Hampshire – the right people will be there to listen!

The theme for this year’s conference is “how the onset of a neurological condition can have a life changing impact”

So, if you have any ideas on how health care services are delivered, please come and share them whilst having the chance to network with others who are either afected by a neurological condition or work in the healthcare industries.

What’s more, if you have a neurological condition, you can attend for FREE! Otherwise, you will need to pay a £10.00 registration fee.Either way, you get a free lunch.
